Oh! Cancun The Urban Oasis

This hotel was a pretty new brand discovery. We didn't have big expectations. But, indeed exceed our expectations. Rooms are simples, not luxury but comfortable. The amenities were pretty fair, soap, gel shower, rinse, towels, razer and so on. The only thing that I could call out is shower was leaking and they need to put a towel to absorb the puddle in the floor. Beds are pretty comfortable and nice AC. So you can rest all night long. Our room includes breakfast, it's buffet with same option every day. Bacon is nice, but eggs could be better. You can toast bread and have fruit and coffee. Location is a plus, near to hotel zone and main avenues. Also have groceries stores and supermarkets near. Overall, it's a great option to save money and good value for money.

I stayed here for my birthday and I just have to say this hotel has been the best yet! The service was incredible! Everything in the room was perfect and house keeping came daily to clean the room and fix the bed. The pool was kept clean and the comfy beds were beautiful. (You do have to rent them) breakfast was included in our stay and I had to say it was really good. Thank You Oh Cancun for making this such a good trip for me !

We stayed at Oh! Cancun for one night and were genuinely impressed. The hotel delivers excellent value without compromising comfort. The breakfast, drinks, and coffee were all great, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming. The location worked perfectly for us. Uber rides in Cancun are inexpensive, and getting to the Hotel Zone for nightlife cost around 10 USD. It was a convenient way to enjoy the area without paying the premium of staying directly in the zone. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and all the basic necessities were provided. The staff truly stood out—everyone was friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The pool setup is beautiful. We didn’t end up using it because the weather was cold and the water felt freezing. We had seen some reviews mentioning an extra fee to access the pool area, but in our case, we were given access at no cost—either it was included in our rate or simply not charged. There was no clear mention, but it worked out fine for us. If there’s one thing to note, it’s that the room we stayed in could use a bit of basic maintenance. Nothing major, just small updates that would elevate the experience even more. Overall, the hotel offers very good value for money, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Great location, close to major highways convenient stores and restaurants. No beach access. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Spacious rooms with nice amenities but do not have refridgerators. Breakfast buffet is included but needs a bit more variety. Outdoor pools are well maintained and not very crowded. Overall a good experience.

This hotel is very central to a lot of nice restaurants. The room upgrade we received was beautiful and spacious. The pool area is gorgeous with many loungers and beds around for relaxing. We Were surprised one evening when we went back to our room to find a complimentary gift of a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries because we were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary! This hotel is great, big rooms, very good amenities, great location for excursions. I would give it a 5 star, if it was not for the noise. We stayed in a room facing the street, and unfortunately the noise made it difficult to sleep. Otherwise, everything was great.

Went for a quick 4 day vacation. Great location in downtown Cancun. 20 - 25mins from the airport. Walking distance to stores, shops and great restaurants/eateries. Quick rides to the main Cancun strip. Uber was no more than $10 to get there. Obviously depending on the time you choose to go. Later into the night you go, the more it will cost. Very nice pool area. Bar staff were friendly and attentive. Clean. Gym a very nice as well. You can definitely get a full workout. The food was great as well. Only a couple issues with the room (see below), but nothing that would stop me from staying there again.

Great location, close to the market, restaurants, and bus stops. Rooms are clean and spacious. The pool and outside amenities are great.
